Benny Braun is an electronic music artist and producer from Hamburg. In September 2019 he has released his new album 'The Unpredictable Sky'. Benny´s music is timelessly floating between various genres like ambient, soundtrack, trip-hop or elements of dark techno. Also influences of progressive rock or even synth-pop are revealing in some of the tracks. Besides Benny´s long established work as a composer and producer he has started his own electronic project in the mid 1990ies. Under his former pseudonym 'Ben Jamin' two 12´ singles on german techno-label 'Kanzleramt Records' have been released - followed by the album “Weltenretter” which was mainly built on dark downtempo. Benny´s subsequent works in film music led to further development of the project and - after a several year hiatus - to the 2017 EP 'Gentle Ride Through Kuiper Belt'. Now 'The Unpredictable Sky' is continuing the journey.
